Research at Yale

My senior project at Yale placed a lower mass limit on a stellar mass black hole binary.  We calculated the mass function using the light curve from the A5 star orbiting the black hole.  My advisor was Charles Bailyn.  I also really enjoyed Professor Paolo Coppi, who taught a class on computational astrophysics.
